Try what i said delete all titan fonts out of windows>fonts then delete any reg keys for titan fonts if any left over then reboot and manually install the titan fonts before starting mediaportal.

Aren't the regkeys automatically removed when you remove the fonts through control panel Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts ?

reboot then reinstall.
