I have a kids category, and as kids they watch stuff over and over again without care...

Is it possible not to mark watched items in this category as 'watched' so their titles do not dim?

Set your MovingPictures watched setting to 110% (default is 95%), which technically will never be reached. That way your kids movies will never turn 'watched', but it also means you will have to manually toggle watched status via F9 (or remote button that controls context menu) for the movies you watch yourself.

You can also add an extra filter conditions to your categories that when watched status is > 95% to not show them, that way you retain some of the automatic watched system by hiding the movies you watched.

And submit your request as enhancement to the Google Code project site, so that it can be taken into consideration for inclusion if enough people 'star' the issue.

Yes, unfortunately, this would need a code change to support it. Next time I'm doing something on the plugin I'll try and remember to add support for this sort order.

I made some updates to the Wiki page describing the <import> and <include> tags, including adding a couple of new xml examples. For the first example, I highlighted the example text and eventually found the location in the menus where I could select the CODE macro to have the example text formatted as a code example. So far, so good...

Hello, I would like to use a media server to display various learning categories. I prefer not to use software like Kodi, as it requires extensive metadata scraping that I don't need. Is it possible to instantly access the video categories when landing on the page? I would like to display a single media page with the following...

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help! EDIT: I now downgraded the server (as I did with the client above)...

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
