I have the firewall turned off and i only have a single seat setup right now. I have gotten all to work but still having the issue with services url's. Which of course is fine as long as I can download which I can now.

First off: there are some issues with the latest Mediaportal (32bits vs 64bits), so that is one of the issues you're stumbling with.
If you take the previous version (1.31) it should work as expected.
