From memory, that site was geoblocked for canada, are you sure you're allowed to watch it (Just check in a browser if you can play anything from http://www.cbs.com)
If so, you could create a report (according to https://code.google.com/p/mp-onlinevideos2/wiki/SiteManager#Broken_Sites) or send a message to it's creator/maintainer ( @corporate_gadfly )

Getting this error as well on all Youtube Videos as of today - was fine last night.
Updated all my stuff to the latest releases of OV, LAV, etc... no change
Somethings broke
edit - P.S.: I am in the US so not a country/proxy thing - tried it with localization both off and on, still no change.
Other sites like metacafe, movie trailers, etc... are working fine

Some fixes for CBS are now in (sorry, was short on time). Not tested thoroughly. Hope that helps. DLL version for OnlineVideos.Sites.corporategadfly should at least be 1.1.0.3455.

Maybe the server is/was too busy when you tried to authenticate.
I occasionally run into that too, also with the opensubtitles api I regularly get 429's... there isn't much that can be done about it, except making sure the software isn't hammering the service and having patience...
