Error in composer views (1 Viewer)

This error is making the composer tag not too useful for me...

hm, i never thought about such a usage. we should have introduced a "Sort by" filed, in the database for such purposes. but can't be done anymore, since feature freeze.
will look into your problem.

so if i understand you correctly you have:
Composer Group 1 (so that you have a 1 letter view)
AlbumArtist
Album
track

correct?

yes

composer is set to say Colins, Phil
albumartist to Phil Collins.

Using the above view I can get to Phil Colins' music via the C view entry but it will display as Phil Collins when I browse the album artists underneath.

I can probably live without the sorting but being able to browse view the above view would be great
