I submitted the tuning parameters for DVB-C, Kuopio, Finland but they didn't appear in the SVN.
I grant you Oulu is bigger, but heck, we have the kalakukko, and thus deserve our entry too
Here they are in full text and with comments, notice that YLE Peking HD is just for the Olympics !

I think 1.38 is easier, it's a minor addition, judging by the lack of bugs, 1.39 is still a long way off.
