BDA drivers are a driver framework for using cards with Windows MCE.
GIGABYTE - Support - PC Peripherals - Driver - GT-PTV-TAF-RH
The second and third drivers from the second list on that page should be what you need to install. The chances are that the card will no longer work with the Gigabyte software (if there is any), thats what the first list of drivers is for.

Hallo, i try your link, but cars still not working in MP :-( .Have any idea ?
I try MCE and if i turn TV on, screen freezing, sound too. I try MPEG-2 SW decoder reinstall, but it is same. In Power Cinema TV card running great, but i cannot use this software, because remote unit not support them.

Are you setting this up with the TVServer config or Mediaportal config.
Worrying that mce will not work, does it work with the original driver software that comes with the disk.
You may have to uninstall the Pinnacle software first, as it may be locked onto the card with exclusive use.

So after a long search and a lot of experiments I did find out the culprit:
I did disable events of the Common Information Model Object Manager.
As soon as they are disabled TV server will always show "port 554 is already bound".
Enabling/disabling events is done by this reg key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WBEM\CIMOM]...
