Dont talk rubbish! Simply find the location of the current splash image within your MP installation directory, then overwrite it with the image you wish to use.

I'm pretty sure it is just mplogo.gif in the MP root directory.
Just bear in mind that you'll have to take into account the placement of the version and status display, which you have no control over.

(I haven't tested this, but seems logical)
