I was expecting that … Probably it has to do with the fact that I didn't use Amazon Prime at all for a couple of weeks … but this is only a week guess

@Hippo you could try to use the browser player in debug mode and set a longer time out. With the debug mode enabled you might be able to enter a pin, hopefully this is a one time thing.
Change OnlineVideos.WebAutomation.BrowserHost.exe.config file if you use the Browser Amazon Player Type or iexplore.exe.config if you use BrowserHTML5 Amazon Player Type (both found in [MP-INSTALL-PATH]l\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos)

Debug mode change (change false to true):

<add key="DebugMode" value="false" />

Timeout (buy some more time to be able to enter pin, in seconds):

<add key="BrowserHostWaitTimeout" value="20"/>

To edit these files you might have to open your text editor in elevated mode (run as administrator).

Edit: And when you have successfully entered your pin (fingers crossed) turn off the debug mode.

Where do i put it into? I mean which folder. Can´t find the folder in 1.16
(Solved) but still doesn´t work.
The movie starts and then it jumps back to the plugin.

Put it into [MP-INSTALL-PATH]l\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos
Mine under Windows 8.1 is C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows\OnlineVideos.

it works perfectly within my browser (Firefox). A difference i can see is the loading circle:
Online Videos plugin: Circel consists of blue / green bubbles
Browser: White round line.
No silverlight installed.

Hi, I have the same problems again. The watchlist is empty. Videos in general are not starting. I have installed the latest OV version and MP 1.6. I also corrected the timeoutsettings. Is there a clear step by step How to which I can follow. Thanks! Juro

For reference: I also currently have issues at my HTPC. When using the Browser Player, it closes after ~1 second, so a playback doesn't work anymore.
I have no idea yet about the cause (no logged errors, nothing in eventlog...) and my DevPC at the same time works without issues.
