Hello,

i can't use this command:

netsh http add urlacl url=http://*:55668/mpcc sddl=DA;;GX;;;WD)

I use Windows XP, it returns it can't find this command.

On Windows XP (and Server 2003) you'll need to use HTTPCFG.EXE, which is available in the Windows XP Support Tools.

The command would be:

httpcfg.exe set urlacl /u http://*:55668/mpcc /a "D:(A;;GX;;;WD)"

Could you explain me how to perform your fix ?
I run winXP. I opened a dos windows (Start/Run/cmd) and copy/paste : httpcfg.exe set urlacl /u http://*:55668/mpcc /a "DA;;GX;;;WD)"
but it didn't work. it returns it can't find this command.

httpcfg.exe is not part of Windows XP by default, it's part of the Windows Support tools.

Try Googling 'httpcfg.exe download' for a link.
