Hi, I've got it running on a test rig. It works in exactly the same way as on 1.2.3, as far as I could test it.
I'm using an Android phone and using iPimp (that was developed for iPhone at origin but is highly portable, also to windows phone and android) and am able to live stream.
My experience tells me that starting the installation of the server and the client from version 1.2.0 and then migrating to 1.2.3, following an additional migration to 1.3.0 does the trick.
