I did have the same VLC error, but I assumed it was an issue at my end.
Tried playing the url directly in VLC, but that didn't work either.

Will have to check if other sites using vlc as player are working...

Thanks to @georgius 's hard work here https://www.team-mediaportal.com/ex...diaportal-iptv-filter-and-url-source-splitter, you're now able to play katsomo videos without the VLC issues

It's a bit of a hijack/offtopic, but I'm sure I'll get some finnish reactions here

I'm busy reworking ruutu (as it's more or less broken now), and I'm wondering if you're able to play ruutuplus videos? If not, I can remove them from the lists...

Yes I've working ruutu+ account and can help testing it if needed. Btw katsomo.fi is broken too

Btw, I've almost finished ruutu, except for removing ruutu+ and Urheilu. Is Urheilu a must have, or is it not used that much?

And katsomo: is it only playback that isn't working, or are there parts (categories/videos) completely missing?

Ruutu+ has only paid content and account is required. It's quite popular so I hope this can be implemented to the onlinevideos some day. Almost all "Urheilu" (Sport) seems to be in ruutu+ and it's sure used much

katsomo gives only "no videos" when trying to get videolist. Log attached.

In the mean time, are you willing to share your ruutu+ credentials via pm, so I can take a look at it?

In the mean time: I've published ruutu (for now, no possibility to log in, and not yet filtering on ruutu+ videos), but hopefully it will get you going until all is finished properly

Is ruutu sufficient for your day-to-day needs? Is so, I can remove katsomo from the plugin
