Live & Recorded TV jerky, videos fine

    OK so I have finally fixed my problems with the video card on my PC and now it plays back videos OK and the resolution 3160 and refresh rate is 60Hz
    TV is jerky whether live or recorded.
    any help appreciated

    oh and recorded TV (post fixing the video problem) is fine using VLC

    Found the solution in another user's post -
    • select "DXVA2 (native)" for the "hardware decoder to use" setting

    Oops! spoke too soon. Has reduced the stutter but it is still there....
