I don't know why this change was introduced, but I changed back to #Play.Current.Title, and I don't see any problem in both: Videos and TV.

In this SVN if you play a video file in My Videos and press Pause, Skip, etc., you see the TV channel information instead of current title information in the infobar. Possibly because there is a change of <label>#Play.Current.Title</label> to <label>#TV.View.channel</label> in common.play.progressbar.xml in Blu3wide skin.

It's not fixed because we need Harley to look at it, and he is very busy at the moment.

HD Homerun in DVC-C mode detcted as DVB-T.

    Hi

As decsribed previously in below thread Im having som problæems getting MP and HD Homerun in DVB-C mode to communicate as intended.

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...b-c-detects-dvb-t-tv-server-73297/#post534212

Now after a day of installing and uninstalling over and over I have narrowed the problem somewhat down

Problem is as decribed in the title and the referenced thread that TV service in at least the 2 last SVNs detects a HD Homerun unit running in DVB-C mode as being a DVB-T tuner.

Problem exist regardless of using either the HD Homerun drivers and firmware 20091024 or 20091110beta1

I did also do some tests on a Vista x86 SP2 install.
Results in terms of card detection was identical to the above mentioned but here the TV service kept crashing on channel scanning atemts.
On the Vista install used for tests the channel scan crashes might be caused by a relatively "poluted" install.
But still the card detction pattern was identical to the Win7 install.

I hope the provided info is enough for someone clever to come up with a possible solution.
If needed I can provide more logs or attemt alternatives.

Sorry if someone should consider this double posting but I decided to take it here since I figured that SVN cause the misinterpritation of the HD HR box.

    Pretty please :)

Guys, I am getting an errors on "TVPlugin.TvFullScreen" and "MediaPortal.GUI.Video.GUIVideoFullscreen" within MediaPortal configuration. "It's incompatible with the current MediaPortal version and won't be loaded".

This is also resulting in limited remote functionality within MediaPortal and most importantly.. no sound! (I'm using pass-through if that helps).

EDIT: and yes, I've applied both the MediaPortal client and TV server SVN. I've also tried a clean re-install of MP1.1 and then the latest SVN straight over the top.

EDIT2: a clean install of MP1.1 without an SVN is fine.. no errors..

EDIT3: This tip from crazyboy did not work either. When I try to save that change it reverts back each time I launch the config.

So at the moment, I cannot use MediaPortal because I have no sound. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know..

    Check Mediaportal.xml (in %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Dati applicazioni\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal) ... Ther'is a section "volume" with config of all parameter..

    This is my section:

Thanks crazy - though the fix for me (through some guidance from 1stdead and Domini0n), was changing the output to wave AFTER disabling 5.1 upmix in my music.

One thing I noticed the episode name sub-title field is still missing in TV search results and TV Scheduled recordings. Could you fix those pages as well?

    Thank you!

Sub-title field shows fine now, thanks chemelli!!

It´s <entry name="digital">yes</entry> that is important. You also have to uncheck upmix to 5.1/7.1 setting in music section or else it will be back to "no" when you enter config.

Anyone who is having issues with stuttering video with Cyberlink H.264 codec (8/9) please test with following TsReader.ax (and if it doesn't solve the issue then please upload a TS sample and TsReader.log)

With this Filter it is not possible to connect to a h.264 ts stream !

    Mor info is needed.

    What tv channel (sample required)?
    What cyberlink version?
What TsReader version has been working?

If I don't get the needed information I can only fix the issue in such way that it works on my dev PC and cannot quarantee that it works on any other PC.

Tourettes, thanks for paying attention to Cyberlink+TSReader issue!
As for my ATI/XP (yeah, I know :)) environment, the filter You suggested to test, does not connect to PDVD9 or PDVD8 h.264 codec video pin. The only one working is mysterious "Cyberlink Video Decoder" (MPEG2/H.264 Combo) v1.0.0.929, found somewhere in the far, far Internet :) - no stuttering.
The most successful for me was TSreader.ax SVN 23670 - not only connecting and working with _any_ CL codec in question, but also _very_ error resistive on heavy damaged tstreams: it found started video on samples, where the later versions do not.

What file you did try to play? Sounds like you have been playing a file that has MPEG2 video stream at the beginning that thats why a codec that supports both MPEG2 and H.264 is working.
