If a problem would exist that can be solved by just having the info: Video no Sound, don't you believe the devs would have put a final fix about that in the software?
Go and read how to post a support thread and do that first.
I have just installed Windscribe but it is blocking access to my TV Server. I get the following message "Please specify the IP address or Host Name of the Master TV Service". Default Direct Sound Device was the problem.
