happens here too on a thin multiseat client ...

it seems like a c++ DS filter crashing I think.

    Hi gibman,

Is that good or bad... I.e. can it be fixed easily or is this a severe issue to fix?

    Hi tourettes,

I read the install steps on the link you provided but I'm not sure what to do with step 3 and 5 of the requirements. Are there any debug .dlls I should install to catch the problem?

    /Peter

    Hi Gerrit,

Thanks for the suggestion! I got the impression it only works with the old TV engine and not TVServer, is that correct? I use TVServer with MP.

I used my old database (from rc3) on my first install of rc4 - here i met the runtime error!
Now I have tried with a fresh database, and the error is gone.

    Hi Asboe,

I'm glad to hear you got it working!

I don't think that's my issue though as I started with a clean database...

Debug version of TsReader.ax should be enough (if its the client side error).

Debug binaries can be found from: SourceForge.net Repository - [mediaportal] Index of /trunk/DirectShowFilters/bin/Debug/TsReader

Unfortunately those are currently 7 MONTHS old, as no developer has cared to update the debug versions. I'll try to compile those after I sort some other issues out first...

SVN version 21000 has up to date debug versions of directshow filter binaries.

As attachement you'll find the TsReader.ax ones.
