Hi Igor Maiden, it looks like something is stuffed with the XML online:

Failed to load XML: Elementi di primo livello multipli. Riga 842, posizione 9.

The Best thing to do is bring this to the attension of the TVDB forum. You should mention that there is a parsing error with the Deep Space Nine xml for Italian. You can mention the Line and Position Number.

This is happening too frequently now, im glad I put this check in on the last build.

I just went through the debugger, find the file attached.

As you can see, it doesnt even have a proper XML structure

given that there are problems to import the data automatically, how do I manually insert the images that I download from thetvdb.com?

You can't, I think you maybe able to fix the online data problem yourself by re-saving the series information online...wait 10 or some minutes and try again. You will see error in log if still and issue.

how do I download files XML from thetvdb.com?
I need 1 file right to verify the file structure and to compile the XML of "deep space nine" properly

You can't download them without a developer API key: http://thetvdb.com/api/<apikey>/series/72073/all/it.xml

Replace <apikey> with a valid api key, you can register for one on the site. 72073=Deep Space Nine

You can also check by running an import again in TVseries...if its good then data will be imported.

EDIT: I did a quick check and it seems ok now.

i'm register on the site for the apikey, now i have 1 apikey but if i want to download a XML file from

h..p://thetvdb.com/api/my apikey/series/72073/all/it.xml

i get an error "HTTP 404 - page not found"

I found another apikey on the web and now i download it

but if now everything is OK even better
