Hello!
In last CVS it is possible to parameter the decoder of windvd.
It is an excellent evolution!
But it would be possible to add the activation of the DNM?
I do not know either if it is possible!

To my knowledge, using DNM in 3rd party apps was disabled after version 6.0.6.42 by InterVideo, don't ask me why.

But if you can get your hands on version 6.0.6.42 (or earlier), add the following to the registry.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InterVideo\Common\VideoDec\MediaPortal]
"UseDNM"=dword:1

I doubt DNM will kick in when watching tv, but should work when watching dvd's

WinDVD8?

Any updates on this? I have just bought WinDVD8 and would love to enable Trimension DNM in MediaPoral, for DVD and TV.

Sadly, it seems that development of MP2 has come to a stop. Perhaps it will restart in the future. Meanwhile... MP1 has a "Tuning Details" panel that displays signal strength, signal quality, and picture resolution. It is updated in real time when viewing a channel: However, perhaps you are already aware of this, but prefer MP2...

Brief update... Hauppauge support responded quickly, stating that the "driver for all of our product confirm to the BDA format". Not sure what that means, but to test that, I downloaded a copy of Capture4Me, and indeed, it switches LNBs without any issues with minimal configuration (just set DiSEqC to 1.x A/B/C/D and select the...
