this could be possible.
The installer did not activate the plugin. I did it manually.
After activating the plugin it does not appear in the "plugin tree". It is only marked in the list of all plugins in the right site of the tv server config.

Yeah, that's correct. We can't activate the plugin automatically due to some techinical problems. There also isn't an option you can configure about it, so I didn't create a configuration interface (yet). So that's all expected.

Since EPG Buddy is no longer working and the 'TV Movie EPG Import ++' plugin is working again, I'm now having trouble completing the program description with episode information. Some MP2 installers contain three TV Servers:
TVE3
TVE3.5
TvMosaic
If the installer that you used offers you the choice of these three TV Servers, select TVE3. If you selected TVE3.5, run the installer again and select TVE3.
