[solved] MPTvScheduler - Android client for MediaPortal and TvServer (6 Viewers)

I'm using 1.2 version on a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2.
Playback using the internal player does not work. Playback starts for a brief second and then returns to the previous screen.
Playback using MX Player seems to work fine. Let me know how to collect the logs so I can provide them.

I can not imagine why you can't use the internal player.
Did you tested with live tv, recorded tv, my video or moving pictures or tv series files (avi, mkv)?

I assume it is the same Samsung issue that I have on two devices.

Could it be a codec issue? Perhaps the Samsung Android is missing some codecs that are necessary?

hello @gonzo90017 I have simmilar issues with Samsung devices.
In addition to the one with the internal player I also have an issue with a crash of the app after leaving the MX Player with the "Android Back Button" to stop the streaming of a TV recording. Have you seen this too?

According to Google Developer Console the app is installed on Samsung devices (from top ten list).

Samsung Galaxy S5 (klte): 18

Available only for beta testers. You can join to tester on the Play Store if you want. There are 40+ testers now.
