OK, check this. Open
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
Set you File explorer to see system hidden files/operating system protected files (all files must be free to view)
look for files like :
mpcache-somenumber
delete all which starts with mpcache-....
If that helps, tell me as I need to fix something in core part of MP (fortunately only MyVids uses that)
Before I saw your message I did a complete uninstall of MP, created a new user profile with administrator rights, reinstalled MP, created the single movie test video DB, launched MP, downloaded actor info for "Keanu Reeves" and still no image.
Checked "C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files" as instructured but no "mpcache-xxxx" files (see attached).
Sorry mate . It's got to be something I'm doing as I'm the only one with the problem and I can reproduce it on two PC's.
Will keep at it.
