So is there no solution to this problem or am I just stuck manually adjusting the volume every other time I change a station?

The dev that created that plugin has not been seen sense 2013.
MyVolume is the cause of the issues and would suggest not using the plugin. I would guess there are enough changes in the newer MP that this plugin does not work with it.
On a side note (after reading all your logs)
Are you aware you have a USB driver issue? Shows up in System Events
