Dont worry I have not gone away, but just had a lot on my plate and being a beginner it takes me a while to make any real progress.

Will try and post some more screen shots shortly to let everyone know I am progressing.

Have been working on onscreen displays and the TV section of late.

Nice to know you're still working at it TVKiwi! Keep up the good work. It'll be worth it in the end. We're all patiently waiting and looking forward to the new screenies :D

Kewl...

That's good news TVKiwi ..... Would love to see your OSD and guide concepts ... especially with the flow of the screens you've posted thus far.

Hi,

Is Mr. TVKiwi still around... alive?? I really like his work and the way he this us touchscreen users. Have been waiting for a skin which can be swithed to touchscreen mode when play is clicked.

I would think since the last we have heard from TVKiwi in these forums was on September 07, 2005 - I doubt it.

Most (all?) small PC cases accept only ITX motherboards, which have only one PCI-E slot. So you could install only one PCI-E tuner card. A quad-tuner card would give you four tuners, but if you wanted more tuners you would need to use the TBS eight-tuner card, or use external tuners, either USB tuners (available with single or dual...

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal. Maybe helpful for someone in the future. Thanks for the...

Ran into this problem following an otherwise sucessful upgrade from MP 1.34 x64 to MP 1.35 x64 the CEC Remote plugin which I use just to control volume and standby, will no longer put my devices (TV & AVR) to sleep when the HTPC is put in standby. Also when I wake up the HTPC MP closes or crashes (not sure which) as per the example in...

If anyone ever experiences the above, I found a fix. Removing and reinstalling MP-TVSeries fixed it. It must have gotten corrupted during the reinstall of MP. I also had to do the same with TRAKT which had some issues too that were not apparent at the time. All is well once again.
