NME TV - Remove from MyDigiGuide (1 Viewer)

At the moment selecting "NME TV" in MyDigiGuide just gives you listings for BBC One London. As far as I can see, listings for NME TV aren't on MyDigiGuide at all so this channel should be removed from the XML file.
