MP2 - Spring'16 No player for live tv (Windows 7) (2 Viewers)

Attached is a screenshot for the location of where to Bind the IP address to MP2.
That should help with a lot once you have a static.
As for IP6, I am on U-Verse in Chicagoland and have never had to turn off or adjust my IP6. Both V4 and V6 work very well for me.
As for the 2012, 2013, etc... I have been running this server for a long time now and all of them are installed.... I have no idea if any one is or is not needed..

Tried that -- same result. Trying VC 2012 next.
Thank to all for trying to help. But there has to be something more basic wrong here.
I assume not everyone has this trouble with the Spring 16 distribution (?true?), so recap --

Leaving my working MP1 install completely alone on my existing hard disk, I installed a new, smallish SSD, new install of W7 SP1, new tuner driver, and the 'Spring of 16' MP2. (Plus suggestions in this thread)
Tvserver export/import worked perfectly (+ manual channel mapping to tuners), and 'test channels' and 'manual control' appear to work fine. Also, TVserver Configuration > Channels, select a channel > preview -- works.
But when I go to the MP -> TV -> list of channels, and click any channel, I get the spinning wheel and then a message stating 'no player registered to play media item 'liveX-Y.ts.tsbuffer.

Tried VC 2012. Same problem -- plus a new one. Now, TVserver Configuration > Channels, select a channel > preview fails. (actually, I don't know when that happened, but it used to work)

So doesn't one of the MP2 developers know what this, and the preceding info, from MP2-Server.Server means?

(to me, it looks like server is going through the setup and submitting a tuner request twice)

I would like to suggest you disable anything not being used...
I only use ATSC on my card. Uncheck everything except ATSC


I would also like to see the results of a channel scan... Maybe there is something happening with the scan.


As for the log you posted.... The system evaluated you have 2 ATSC cards available, when one failed to Graph, it tried the other one.

Already have the analog tuners disabled - will also do the radio and IP.
And I'll get the channel scan.
I do believe that the logs show that the tuning is working -- and manual control, channel test, and (until recently) channel preview are working.

You know me - I can't help with MP2. Sorry.

This thread is confusing, can you please summary where the issue is? The topic sounds like being a client side playback issue, but most screenshots are from setuptv/server side?
