    Sorry for not responding in french, but you can try that in onlinevideos (if it's video, and not audio--only)
    There's no standard way to do this at the moment, but with a bit of tweaking, you probably can do this.
    That is, if Mediaportal does support the streams...
    Is that m3u publicly viewable? If so, I can test if it will work and help you set things up
