Jike, Thanks for the driver. I can confirm that your driver does work with the Mediagate/Anyware GP-IR02BK Vista media center remote. All I had to do was enter the PID and VID in your inf file. All buttons appear to work properly and the repeat rate is fine. I'm using EventGhost and the MediaPortal plugin and have not tried the native support in MediaPortal yet.

Hi guys,

I also bought this remote and I'm struggling to get it working on xp pro sp3

This is what I did:
1) Modified the inf file from the MCE Replacement Driver and added the device so in device manager I have a 'MCE Infrared Remote Control'.
2) In MP configuration, selected 'Use Microsoft MCE remote or keyboard'.

The receiver blinks when issuing a command but in MP nothing happens.
Am I missing something?
