It seems that you don't have any streaming codecs for MPExtended.
It would be interesting, if you have an other device and if there is the same problem.

Sorry, I didn't get email notifications on these latest replies. I just came here to report I solved the problem after adjusting power settings for "Intel Graphics". I set it to Maximum Performance. this window opens and closes after some seconds when I try to "Authorize Application":

I meant use MP client to try to spot how it's requesting streams for specific channels and then try to do the same with VLC.
TV Server development looks dead so I'm afraid you're going to have to figure that out by yourself if it's even possible.
