We probably can help you, but we need a lot more information.....the fact that you have not found anything on this topic already, suggests that it is something unique to your setup.ctonning said:

ctonning, please post the log especially have a look into error.log, you must/should see something. But as Taipan said, please fill out the support form to assist you.

I am using MP in a client-only setup including DVB-S card for over 10 years now. And regularily scheduling records waking up...
The only configuration that is certain to work is when the MP client and MP server are from the same release.
It is sometimes possible to use MP clients from a release that is different to the MP server, but whether it works depends on the specific changes that were made between the two releases.
