    You have to assign the manual added channels to the tv-card, that is able to receive them:

    Television -> TV-Channels -> TV-Cards (tab)

    First, select the tv-card, than put the manual-added channels from the "available tv-channels"-list to the "assigned-tv-channels"-list.

    perfect workkkkkk!!!!

    STEP:
    1-open setup-television-tv channels-add-analog and put the correct frequency of channels(it is different from every State);this method must be do for every channels(for Italy the list is: http://www.febat.com/Elettronica/Elettronica_canali-frequenze_TV.html ;for example rai1(channel number 18)has the frequency 192,25MHZ)

    2-open setup-television-tv channels-tv cards-select the card hauppauge wintv 88x video capture and put the manual-added channels from the "available tv-channels"-list to the "assigned-tv-channels"-list

    3-install this: http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/Downloads/forum/88x_Drivers/1_1_24013_SoftMCE_Setup.EXE

    NOW ANALOGUE CHANNELS WORK!!!!!

    I note that you are using MP2. The following applies to MP1, but I think that MP2 is identical in this situation. "TV Server Config" has a "TV Mapping" panel in the "TV Channels" section. On the "TV Mapping" tab: The left column lists the channels that have not yet been mapped to the TV tuner identified by the drop-down menu just...

I can only do it sometimes, after many tries, and it’s not clear what I am doing that makes it work on those occasions when it does. Cannot find guidance on the site. Thanks, N. Again, if anyone knows how to do this, would be much...

    Well, the log doesn't show any problems. I can see correctly tuned channels in the log. It seems to me that the tuner works fine. Can you copy the created ts file(located in your timeshift folder) somewhere else while in channel preview and try to play it in VLC or MPC-HC? PS: You can also try to make short record
