SetupTV hangs while channel scanning (2 Viewers)

Your TerraTec tuner appears to be behaving badly. It is deadlocking sometimes when we try to run the tuner graph. Even when it is successful, it seems very slow:
Did you previously have the tuner running successfully?
If so, what did you change?
Have you tried using pause mode:

Hey mm1352000,
Under Win7/x86 the tuner runs perfectly. After installing Win8.1/x64 i have this problem. TV-Stick and driver are all right. In DVB-Viewer i can scan all channel.
Now i tried the pause mode, but the scan hangs here also.
