    Updating doesn't work for me.

    If I follow the instructions in this thread and do it from the MP interface, there is no reaction to pressing the update button. If I do it from MP configuration I get the error as seen on the screen shot.

    As far as I know everything is in default directories. Note that my system drive is not C:

    Hi VdR,

    Best guess is you do not chose to install TVSeries when you install the skin and the installer then does not install a required .dll.

    Check out this post, it has a a copy of the require file.

    This has now been fixed in the installer so will be ok on the next full release.

    I noticed that I still get an exception when I run the Basichome editor.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    Never seen that before, it is moaning about the file location for the background images. Can you post a copy of your usermenuprofile.xml (found in the config dir).

    Have you been using the Aeon Editor to maintain basichome? It might explain it..

    Thanks

    Me either, that file works just fine - are you using network drives for anything, maybe url...it does not like something about the image path.

    It should not generate an exception, will trap that and post a debug version here, may be few days before I get the chnace though.

    cheers

    Nope, everything is on my windows partition. I'm running Windows XP MCE 2005 btw. Old school. :p I can create a Basic Home without any issues, but I just thought you should know about the exception.

    I had the same problem with mine, I found it was because I ran the streamedMP installer and chose repair to fix something else, the repair had deleted the folders that I created for background images for basic home menu items that I had added myself but it left the menu items in basic home.

    I fixed it by removing all the basic home menu items I had added, re created the background image locations and then added the menu items back again.

    Firstly thanks heaps for a great and flexible skin :D, had a problem with MyLyrics playing the same lyric for each song but fixed it with Ver1.5.
    In Settings>Skin>Music there is an option for Show graphic equaliser but I can't seem to get it going, can anyone help please.:confused:
