Hi, when I stream tv, it's always chuppy (stutter) like if it's droping frames from 29.97 to 23.976.

When I stream 23.976 movies, everything is smooth.

I'm using Hauppauge Colossus for TV side.

    thanks for your help !

I have seen this as well and also have the colosus card. What I have found if I am playing within the browser using the plugin it stutters but if I use the external player the same tv program is fine. Just wondering if you have tried playing on both browser and external players and if you see a difference?

thanks laserheat for replying. I confirm that it looks 23.976 with browser and/or external player (vlc/windows media player).

Sorry, missed your post. There have been some more reports of this, and setting the fps property for the encoder seems to help usually. Can you try that?

(See this post for one such report, you'll find more if you search a bit).

Most (all?) small PC cases accept only ITX motherboards, which have only one PCI-E slot. So you could install only one PCI-E tuner card. A quad-tuner card would give you four tuners, but if you wanted more tuners you would need to use the TBS eight-tuner card, or use external tuners, either USB tuners (available with single or dual...
