Yes it will. 
MP2 already does it.
And one user in the community added support for MP1.
He's in the final testing and will submit the code to me soon.
Once i have it and found ok, i'll merge it into the public sources

I've just committed the code i received from Art D'os regading CUSheet support.
it is available in the next Public build.
Please dd the cue extension to the listof supported music files.
Any errors should be reported here.

yes that is indeed what I did in that ticket. It may already be working without updating those plugins because most of it was not relevant to the plugin itself (test, some leftover unused parts etc).
