New frequencies are added. The old file is: Switzerland.cablecom.xml' (date: 11.02.2010)

Dear all,
I've got make some controls. We have 3 Lists know:
1. the oldest file, you should delete this: "Switzerland.cablecom.xml" (out of date / MP1.2.2 included)
2. the first one I made: "Switzerland.UPC Cablecom.xml" (out of date / MP1.2.2 included)
3. the latest one: "Switzerland.UPC Cablecom [DE-FR].xml" (MP 1.2.2 not included)

therefore I have changed the status. only the third list is current, please delete the other.

with us in Switzerland, we have also just a symbol rate of 6900.
can you create a "Global.dvbc Symbolrate 6900.xml" File for a full frequency scan??

i have pushed in 1.2.x branch but official 1.2.2 installer was made before so it wasn't included but it will be for 1.2.3
