Obviously my search skills are lacking as I can't seem to find where MP stores Timeshift files. Basically I'd like to make sure it places them on a seperate drive so that one drive isn't doing all the work.

Thanks!

The timeshift files are stored in the "Card x" folder under the TV Recordings folder and they are hidden files.

If you want to locate them in a different location, just change the "Recording folder" location in Mp Configuration / Television / Capture Cards / Edit TV Card. Note that your recorded TV programs will also be located in this new folder...;)

Each card has its timeshift files inside a folder (card1, card2 etc) within your Recorded TV directory.

EDIT Ahhh you beat me! Can we not delete our own posts?

yes I think if you go about 2" from the monitor or 5" from TV you'll see it (it's a pretty small file and needs a closer look)

    ...

(ok it was a stupid joke)

I'm not sure what the issue was, but I decided to try a different way of solving the problem. My server has a 2.5Gbps port and the 10Gbps card I added, so I've connected the HD Homerun directly to the 2.5G port, and its solved the problem, I can now copy large multiple files to the server and not suffer with picture issues. There is...

@Brownard another logs of failed installations. I'll take a look into the user management. Edit: I can confirm user management is completey broken with NET4 and NET6 :( Neither an existing profile can be selected nor a new one can be created.

Thanks. I found the settings on DVB EPG and on the WebEPG page I used GrabNow then Saved. It did take a long'ish time and all is OK. Thanks so much for reminding me where to find the sort function. I failed to notice the tabs at the top and as I said, I had tried to find the method in the wiki. Everything is back to normal, so...
