Built same for a friend - exept using a 3200+ and the Seagate .10 (Samsung was out of stock).Very similar to what i did for my parents HTPC:
AM2 Athlon64 X2 4200+ EE (TH use a 3800+)
Asus M2NPV-VM ( same )
2GB 667Mhz DDR2 (TH use 533Mhz ram)
320GB Western Digital 3200KS (TH use the Seagate's 7200.10 which are rumored to be quite noisy(it was the 7200.9 that was quiet)).
Antec NSK2400 case ( TH use the much more expensive Zalman HD135 )
Stock cooler with Q-Fan enabled.
