A lot of people are having trouble getting this card to work, including myself.
TV-Server 0.3 should recognise it providing you have installed the drivers correctly. Just check in Device Manager to ensure the BDA driver is installed and working properly.
Then when you get to the next hurdle (tuning channels), search the forums.
If you get it working properly, please post exactly what you did.
