Hello MP

I have just run into a problem where no video is able to play in MP. The only thing i have done is to update my radeon driver to newest version. I have some log files, hope you can help me out.

Did you reboot after updating the driver? (If no, you should.)

Yes i did reboot

Do you know how i can fix this problem? and also why does error log say something related to VMR9 while i have i use the EVR video render??

I would try to fix it as following: (test if it helps after each step)
* revert back drivers
* reinstall DX9
* reinstall MP
this is based on lack of knowledge whether dshowhelper.dll comes with graphic drivers, with DX9 runtime, or with MP.

Thnx for reply. But before i do all that, i can tell that video play works in every player i can find on my PC, only MP is not working.[DOUBLEPOST=1458738243][/DOUBLEPOST]@Vasilich thnx alot.... I tried your fix, and updating MP to 1.13 fixed this

i have the same problem after i install 1.16 and LAV filters. I try to change in mp config codecs to LAV o ffdshow but video still not play. Thi is my log with errors. Please help me. I used mp many years and realy upset with this situation

I think the error message is saying that TsReader.ax is not registered (the installer should do it, but registration may have failed).

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal - check that TsReader.ax exists.

To register it, open a Command Prompt window in Administrator mode, and type: regsvr32 TsReader.ax

If it fails to register, open 'Programs and Features' and check that 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86)' is installed.

Thanks a lot! I have reinstall vc++ redist and install window7 sp1 update before and this resolve my problem. The problem was in setup vc++ redist without sp1 installed
