I haven't found an easy way. I just delete the combined channel and re-add the channels manually. The manually added QAM channels don't always work for me, so I may need to rescan the QAM tuner sometimes.
Thank you. In my eyes it should be easy to add an "uncombine channel dialog" in MP Server configuration. Similar to the "combine channel dialog".
I know TV-Server is in feature freeze. But maybe one of the developer can add this wish for the future development.
I guess I have to check the database for the entries I need to change.
This has been asked enough times, yet none of the developers has answered the question. It seems a bit silly to add a facility such as this without providing for the need to uncombine the channels.
Perhaps one of them could explain how to remove the TV Combinations without having to delete TV channels and then have to rescan for them.
I had the same problem, and i guess I've found it ... completely out of luck. I was short before deleting all channels and start over.
In the overview of TV Channels in the first tab doubleclick the channel you want to uncombine (You can also do a single click an press edit). There you have all the combinations listed and can delete them.
So there IS a way

I don't know about MP2 but as you said you tried MP1 too, how is the MP music config ?
MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo.
