PM means Private Message, you can do that by clicking on the user you want to PM and choose "send a private message to <user>"

I have PM'd wertzui, and he has never responded. Is he still working on the project? If so, is he still distributing the skin. I would love to try it!

here is a screenshot for you, just so you know im still working on it:
its not 100% vista like, because i cant move the images from left to right atm, but it has a 2 way menu


btw it would be nice if someone could tell me, wich font is used in the media center.
