Where do I set USALS? (1 Viewer)

am i maybe missing something here? all i can see for dish movement in tv server is the place to select a satellite then it will drive to that satellite - well pretty close anyway.
however in software such as ProgDVB I can actually enter my correct usals long and lat settings which means when the motor drives to the selected satellite it is spot on, as its been told exactly where to go.
this seems to be what im missing in MP - I cant specify exactly where to go. Or can I?
I guess I could use something else to generate the raw disecq - such as the disecq.exe tool then use this in MP - but would obviously rather avoid any 3rd party tools iff possible.

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)
maybe other programs competing for resouces?
