Start Button/Screen -> All programs -> Team MediaPortal -> "User Files" shortcut -> "thumbs" folder -> "MovingPictures" folder -> then either "Backdrops\FullSize" or if you really meant covers "Covers\FullSize"
On Vista/Win7/Win8 the path will be something like "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\MovingPictures\Covers\FullSize"
