thanks and fixed for the moment. Nothing serious, just a strange configuration issue. May result in some more rather short downtimes (just seconds) this evening.

So, I had disabled the Windows Update service. Not a wise move, until MP all installed and working nicely. The reason it failed is because DotNetFrameworkChecker.cs looks in Registry HKLM SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\NET Framework Setup\\NDP for v4/v4.0 AND v3.5. W10 has V4.0 but not 3.5. MP installer...

I occasionally run into that too, also with the opensubtitles api I regularly get 429's... there isn't much that can be done about it, except making sure the software isn't hammering the service and having patience...
