Having trouble installing or configuring MediaPortal?
Hi,
I'm using MediaPortal with my Nebula DigiTV PCI -card and it works well. Now I'd like to install remote control. Can I use MediaPortal with my original Nebula Remote Control?
If the answer is yes, could someone give me instructions how to configure this combination.

Ps. the normal 23,5E file only mentiones the 1D satellite, but this has already been replaced by the 1E and 3A so I think the whol satellites list should be looked at (or doesn't the name matter)...

I got my system working again after reinstalling the drivers for the tv-card (FloppyDTV-C). I ran out of ideas, and since FireDTV (comes with the TV-card) worked on all channels I never thought this would help, but not everything works again.

Rebooting usually clears the block that MP has put on mce.
Did you disable MCE yourself, if so you need to reenable it in mmc console.

I think the VMR9 change was a red herring - the problem I am pretty sure was/is the CAM module. I now occasionally get a blank screen on an apparently good video stream - If I disengage the CAM module and reinsert it, the TV picture springs to life. I probably have to update the firmware its a couple of years old now...
