You can, obviously, work around this problem by un-assigning the key that interferes with the one you are trying to update. But needless to say that is far from an optimal solution.

It didn't work with standard skin, but it works now after reinstall.
I found out, that my slow response was cause by media portal don't have focus if it have it is even faster that i want :)). Problem is that even if i set media portal process priority to high in configuration it still have slow response times without focus on it. :((
