In the end, I just installed KeyboardInputPlugin and used extended logging to find out what key combinations my remote was emulating. Then I just set those commands to do what I wanted in the KeyboardInputPlugin config page.

Since i updated to 1.2 i encountered the following problem:
When i exit MP to desktop and restart it from there, my X10 Remote wont work in MP anymore. I have to restart my HTPC in order to make it work again.

Have you installed the LeadTek drivers for the card, and also their WinPVR software? I think it's the WinPVR software that comes with a little utility that sets whether the remote is enabled or not .... so if you've only got the drivers installed that might not be enough.
