Try MePoTools At me work as a clean redundant entries and extra pictures. Perhaps it will be necessary several times to start cleaning.

Start cleaning Extras, update, start again, and so long as the upgrade will not be a blank screen, then start the cleaning.
Then again, you can start the update Extras, if empty the cleaning is finished.

PS: In any case, make a backup of the database. Images are deleted if there is a basket in the appropriate setting.

MP1 MP2 Episode thumbnails not showing DE

So not 100% sure if this is a MyTVSeries or FanArt issue, but the episode thumbnails always revert to the series default after restart. If you go to an episode and open the options and pick choose artwork then choose episode thumbnail it shows the correct thumbnail and says it is remote. MP1 MP2 1.36 IP channels not adding to database when scanning DE
