Hi Burner.

I can reccomend the WinTV-PVR-USB2 (has hardware encoding)
http://www.haupauge.com/pages/products/data_pvrusb2.html

Though I had a few issues with the drivers, couldn't use the quality settings within Media Portal (would record at some insane bitrates, higher than my system could handle).
But thats fixed now, and it works like a charm

If you are looking for an USB tuner because you are planning on moving it around, using it on a labtop or something, it might be a little bulky.

Perhaps... Only way to confirm would be for me to invest in a different USB DVB-S2 tuner (like the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S2), which I might do if the issue persists.

It might be worthwhile using the MP client for a few days in place of the Kodi client, to see if that solves the problem. Alternatively, downgrade to an older...

It's getting weirder..... If I remove all the IP cards in the TVServer setup and then add them back I can scan the M3u and tune the stations but if I rescan it on the same card it just keeps updating the 1 channel. My brain is melting.........

MP1 MP2 Case Downsizing DE
Most (all?) small PC cases accept only ITX motherboards, which have only one PCI-E slot. So you could install only one PCI-E tuner card. A quad-tuner card would give you four tuners, but if you wanted more tuners you would need to use the TBS eight-tuner card, or use external tuners, either USB tuners (available with single or dual...
