Controlling MP via PPC ? (1 Viewer)

I found a thread on xlobby.com which shows screenshots that look very much like MP! But the thread is describing XLobbyMC (running Xlobby on PPC?) the person (Naylia - from Boston) who worked on the screens has listed under a todo section in his profile "Add XRemote to XLobbyMC"
It sure would be nice to see a the ability to remote of MP from a Windows Mobile pocketPC handheld wifi computer!

If you just want to schedule recordings then you can use TVTV and PVR Scheduler.

The images are from Samsonite. The XLobbyMC skin came about when I started using SageTV with mlbdude's SageMC skin. I contacted him about about creating a matching skin and he pointed me towards Samsonite who was quite generous in allowing us both to use his fine artwork.
Just in case someone stumbles onto this thread - know that MP control with PPC is becoming a reality.

I have used custom actions in the "Mapping" section of "HID" since moving to a FLIRC as a remote receiver a couple of years ago...

In General => Startup/Resume settings, try checking "Ignore Windows resolution/size changes"
In Codecs and Render, try selecting the specific audio device rather than "Default DirectSound device"

I always have DVB subtitles enabled in "MP Config", but I actually switch on subtitles only for those films that have deafening sound effects and music, combined with inaudible dialogue. I have never noticed the problem that you have described, but I also use the EVR renderer, and not the Madvr renderer. So...

Every so often, when I switch to a TV channel, my MP client stops accepting user inputs, either from the remote or keyboard/mouse...
I don't have any other ideas as to the cause of the problem. Perhaps @ajs can help?
